3–5 business days for in-stock items. Custom finishes or special requests may take up to 2 weeks. Each Vinyl Marquee™ is handmade by us — we don't pull from a warehouse.
All orders ship via UPS with tracking. Signature may be required for higher-value orders.
We ship worldwide. Rates and delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. International customers are responsible for duties, VAT, or customs fees in their country.
All orders ship with a standard U.S. plug. Customers outside North America may need an adapter or voltage converter.
Every frame ships in a heavy-duty corrugated box with foam padding. Bulbs are boxed separately for safety.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Custom finishes and custom sizes are non-returnable unless the item arrives defective.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We package meticulously and mark all shipments as fragile. However, we are not liable for damage or loss after the package leaves our facility. If you notice damage at delivery:
1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.
Normal wear, bulbs, misuse, hardwire modifications, and water or moisture exposure are not covered.
Contact us with your order number and photos. We'll send replacement parts, repair, or exchange depending on the situation.
Every Vinyl Marquee™ arrives fully assembled, wired, and ready to plug in. Sawtooth hangers and D-rings are pre-installed. Stud mounting is recommended.
Compatible with standard E12 candelabra bulbs (incandescent or LED). Easily replaced at any hardware store or online.
Standard plug with inline switch or dimmer. Hardwiring is possible — we recommend a licensed electrician. Please note: hardwiring voids return eligibility.
Dust with a dry microfiber cloth. Do not use cleaners or solvents. Indoor use only.
Products must be used only for their intended purposes. Saw & Steel, LLC is not responsible for damage, deterioration, malfunction, or injury resulting from alterations, modifications, misuse, improper handling, neglect, or exposure to moisture or extreme environmental conditions.
